Returns & Exchange Policy (Domestic Parcels – Unstitched)

We accept returns or exchanges for unstitched items that are unworn, unwashed, and returned within 15 days of purchase.

Customers are required to send returns through a traceable courier service at their own expense. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, a coupon code (equal to the item’s current price) will be issued within 5 working days for use on our website.

Important:

Stitched articles cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

Returns & Exchange Policy (International Orders)

For international orders, we do not offer exchanges or returns unless:

The incorrect item has been delivered, or

The product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

In such cases, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the parcel and provide clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund (as applicable).
Please note that delivery and customs charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy:

We don’t offer cash refunds.
Instead, you’ll receive a coupon code that you can use for future purchases.

If there’s a mistake from our side, we may issue a refund in special cases.

Order Cancellation

Paid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled by contacting our support team through email or WhatsApp.
Please share your order number when making a cancellation request.
