Returns & Exchange Policy (Domestic Parcels – Unstitched)
We only accept returns or exchanges for unstitched items in cases where the product is damaged or incomplete at the time of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and the issue must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
Customers are required to send the product back via a traceable courier service at their own expense. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a coupon code equivalent to the item’s current price will be issued within 5 working days, which can be used on our website.
Important:
Stitched articles cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

Returns & Exchange Policy (International Orders)
For international orders, we do not offer exchanges or returns unless:
The incorrect item has been delivered, or
The product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
In such cases, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the parcel and provide clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund (as applicable).
Please note that delivery and customs charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy:
We don’t offer cash refunds.
Instead, you’ll receive a coupon code that you can use for future purchases.
If there’s a mistake from our side, we may issue a refund in special cases.
Order Cancellation
Paid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled by contacting our support team through email or WhatsApp.
Please share your order number when making a cancellation request.
