Zarif does not offer any cash refunds.
However, in rare cases like a product is faulty, damaged or incomplete item was delivered, you can contact our customer service through email at zarifcustomercare@gmail.com or you can WhatsApp ( Message ) us at 03072201117 and we can provide you with replacement or exchange.
Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours of order placement.
Orders purchased from online store would be returned/exchanged based on the policies while purchase made from stores will be returned/exchanged from stores under the given conditions.
